Prepare the aircraft for flight by ordering and verifying catering, setting up the cabin for optimal comfort, and ensuring pristine condition prior to departure. Deliver impeccable in-flight service to elite clientele, maintaining the finest cabin standards with menu selections and plate presentation. Complete safety training and follow emergency procedures as mandated by Transport Canada.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant or experience in the high-end service sector is required
  • Valid Canadian passport, Driver’s license and credit card
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  • Highly detail oriented and have a very hands-on attitude
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Very professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very flexible schedule and availability to accommodate client flight requirements, including short notice flights
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the aircraft for flight by ordering and verifying catering, setting up the cabin for optimal passenger comfort, and ensuring the aircraft is maintained in pristine condition prior to departure
  • Deliver impeccable first-class service to very elite clientele while maintaining the cabin at its finest standard at all times; be comfortable with menu selections and plate presentation
  • Complete, maintain, and remain current on all required safety training and certifications as mandated by Transport Canada
  • Ensure all safety and emergency procedures are consistently followed
  • Groom the cabin at all times while on duty; perform shopping to maintain stock on board and ensure catering for duration of trips
  • Arrange hotel accommodations and ground transport needs of the owners, if requested
