Cabin Crew

5d

Virgin Australia

Melbourne, AU · Full-time · A$60,000 – A$85,000

About this role

We’re Virgin Australia, and we’re looking for Cabin Crew to join our team that's won the AirlineRatings.com Airline Excellence Award for Best Cabin Crew, seven years in a row. We go the extra mile to create wonderful experiences that put our guests at the heart of everything we do. We need you and your vibe to help light up our cabins.

The lifestyle usually sees Cabin Crew away from home for up to four days, but flying out of Perth, most shifts have you back home the same day with only occasional overnights. You’ll welcome people onboard our aircraft and see them off at the other end. You’ll give clear, comprehensive safety briefings and ensure everyone adheres to them.

Offer brilliant service to all guests, help those with special needs, and make flying super fun for unaccompanied minors. Work as part of a team, meeting new people every day. Impress with your ability to handle weather, delays, and emergencies while remaining calm and confident under pressure.

We’re looking for good humans with hospitality in their heart, safety conscious, charming, and down to earth. Your experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, aged care, nursing, or hotels is highly relevant and valued. Join a team where everyone is included.
