Breeze seeks “Seriously Nice” Part-Time Flight Attendants for TPA Crew Base, responsible for guest safety and comfort. Warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, assist with seating, luggage stowage, and information requests while remaining available. Stay positive, kind, and empathetic so Guests feel valued. Monitor the cabin regularly to remain approachable and accommodating.

Maintain a safe environment, remain calm under pressure, and mitigate high-stress situations. Collaborate, communicate, and show respect to Team Members for best performance. Uphold Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Complete paid initial Flight Attendant training and receive issued luggage and uniform. Access travel benefits on Breeze network after 30 days and other airlines after six months. Eligible for 401K benefits after 90 days of employment.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Tampa International Airport
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

  • Use good judgement and be nice in all interactions
  • Remain flexible with schedules due to operational, weather-related, or unforeseen delays
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses under high stress

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and aiding in seating and luggage
  • Remain positive and kind while being empathetic to Guests
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
