Working at Breeze Airways is an exciting endeavor to bring “The World’s Nicest Airline” to life. Breeze is hiring “Seriously Nice” Part Time Flight Attendants for the RDU Crew Base. Flight Attendants ensure the safety and comfort of Guests and Team Members while embracing Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Flight Attendants provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, assisting with seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional information. They remain positive, kind, and empathetic, always making Guests feel valued. They monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating.

Team Members collaborate, communicate effectively, and show respect to perform at their best together. They remain calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and demonstrate good judgement. Flexibility is key as schedules may change due to operational or weather delays.

Paid initial training prepares Flight Attendants to stay current with FAA regulations and company procedures. Benefits include paid luggage and uniform issuance, 401K eligibility after 90 days, and travel perks starting after 30 days. Pay rates progress from $25 per hour in the first six months to $37.50 by year eight.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Raleigh-Durham International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

  • Use good judgement and act as the face of the Company
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility – be punctual, timely, and proactive

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience – warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, assist in seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage
  • Remain positive and be kind – make Guests feel valued and appreciated, be empathetic and act with humanity
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly
  • Remain flexible for schedule changes due to operational, weather-related, and other delays
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
