About this role
BlueForce, Inc. is seeking experienced Flight Attendant Instructors (C-32A/C-37A/B/C-40B) to join our team in support of 89th Airlift Wing Formal Training Unit (FTU). Instructors deliver high quality instruction on high-profile government aircraft to flight attendants and Communication System Operators (CSOs). Emphasis is on emergency protocols, customer service standards, aircraft-specific procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Instructors teach Executive Airlift (EA) FTU students using current training guide and courseware. They oversee student progress, evaluate performance, and assist with deficiency corrections. Responsibilities include preparing records like AF form 1522’s and short records.
Instructors manage course materials, review documents after classes, and ensure monthly and quarterly reviews are completed. They administer tests, request power-on trainers with leadership coordination, and provide input to FTU flying trainers on training focus. The role involves maintaining lesson plans, PowerPoints, quizzes, and surveys.
This position supports the 89th Airlift Wing mission with high-profile operations. Additional duties may apply once contract is awarded. Work occurs at Andrews AFB in a structured training environment.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a previous Gulf Stream Flight Attendant Instructor/Communication System Operator Instructor and Boeing Flight Attendant Instructor/Communication System Operator Instructor
- At least five (5) years of demonstrated understanding of C-32A/C-37A/B/C-40B systems and security requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years demonstrated knowledge and practical application of C-32A/C-37A/B/C-40B technical publications, 89th Airlift Wing Operations Procedures and Air Force regulations
- Five (5) or more years of demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the current Air Mobility Command, United States Air Force requirements, and 89th Airlift Wing processes for mission execution
- At least five (5) years of demonstrated knowledge of the 89th Airlift Wing mission and how it conducts operations
- Demonstrated proficiency with computers, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft Office software through relevant work experience
- Demonstrated competence in guiding students through structured learning and fostering engagement and performance improvement
Responsibilities
- Instruct Executive Airlift (EA) Formal Training Unit (FTU) students in accordance with current training guide and courseware
- Oversee progress of all students and assist as necessary to help students get proficient
- Evaluate student performance
- Assist students in deficiency corrections
- Prepare and maintain files and records pertinent to the EA FTU (AF form 1522’s, short records, etc.)
- Administer tests
- Maintain and adjust training lesson plans, PowerPoints, quizzes and surveys in coordination with staff
- Provide input to the FTU flying trainers (FFT) on recommended training focus
