Breeze seeks 'Seriously Nice' Full Time Flight Attendants for the PVD Crew Base. As highly visible Team Members, you ensure safety and comfort for Guests while embracing core values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
You warmly welcome Guests, assist with seating, luggage stowage, and information requests while staying present for assistance. Remain positive, kind, and empathetic so Guests feel valued. Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating.
Maintain a safe environment, stay calm under pressure, and mitigate high-stress situations. Collaborate and communicate effectively with fellow Team Members, showing respect as you problem-solve together. Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive.
Remain flexible with changing schedules due to operations, weather, or delays. Uphold professional appearance, comply with FAA regulations and training, and use Breeze’s inflight technology comfortably. Training is paid, with travel benefits starting after 30 days and 401K after 90 days.
Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport
- Interview and be selected to become Full Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
- Embrace Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately
- Comfortable working in tight quarters and maintaining cabin cleanliness
- Willing to assist in other departments if necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, aiding in seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional requests
- Remain positive, kind, and empathetic so Guests feel valued and appreciated
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
