Requirements
- EASA ATPL(A) with a valid A320 Type Rating
- 500 hours flying experience on A320 Family
- Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
Responsibilities
- Operate A320 Family aircraft as First Officer alongside the Captain
- Conduct pre-flight checks and monitor systems throughout all flight phases
- Communicate with air traffic control and coordinate with cabin crew
- Apply structured problem-solving during normal and stressful flight conditions
- Maintain compliance with EASA regulations and company procedures
- Support safe and efficient operations across the Aegean network
