Requirements

  • EASA ATPL(A) with a valid A320 Type Rating
  • 500 hours flying experience on A320 Family
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU

Responsibilities

  • Operate A320 Family aircraft as First Officer alongside the Captain
  • Conduct pre-flight checks and monitor systems throughout all flight phases
  • Communicate with air traffic control and coordinate with cabin crew
  • Apply structured problem-solving during normal and stressful flight conditions
  • Maintain compliance with EASA regulations and company procedures
  • Support safe and efficient operations across the Aegean network
