Breeze is hiring “Seriously Nice” Part-Time Flight Attendants for the CHS Crew Base. Flight Attendants ensure safety and comfort for Guests and Team Members while embracing Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

You will warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, assist with seating assignments, luggage stowage, and provide additional information. Remain positive, kind, and empathetic to make Guests feel valued. Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating.

Collaborate and problem-solve with Team Members, communicate effectively, and show respect. Mitigate high-stress situations while remaining calm under pressure. Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive.

Successfully complete paid initial Flight Attendant training and receive initial luggage and uniform. Become eligible for 401K after 90 days and travel benefits on Breeze after 30 days. Progress through pay rates starting at $25 per hour with monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Charleston International Airport
  • Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Embrace Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses under pressure
  • Comfortable using and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, aiding in seating and luggage stowage
  • Remain positive, kind, and empathetic while maintaining a safe environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Mitigate high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while upholding hygiene standards
  • Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required in emergencies
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization in tight quarters
