About this role

Breeze Airways is looking for "Seriously Nice" Part Time Flight Attendants for our BDL Crew Base. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for the safety and comfort of our Guests and fellow Team Members, embracing the core values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

On a daily basis, you will welcome and accommodate Guests, monitor the cabin regularly, and mitigate high-stress situations with calmness and kindness. You will collaborate with other Team Members, solve problems, and use good judgment to ensure a safe and pleasant travel experience.

You will work cross-functionally with truly awesome Team Members who are committed to bringing "The World's Nicest Airline" to life. The environment is dynamic and requires flexibility, as schedules may change due to operational or weather-related delays.

Part-time Flight Attendants receive a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours and have the opportunity to attend initial training at one of Breeze’s Training Academy facilities. After successfully completing training, you will be paid and begin your career with a company focused on innovation and guest experience.

Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Bradley International Airport
  • Must be able to attend initial Flight Attendant Training within the next three months without interruption
  • Must successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Must be selected through the interview process
  • Ability to lift and stow carry-on luggage and other items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move about the aircraft cabin for extended periods
  • Must be flexible to work irregular schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
