Perform duties of Pilot-in-Command or Second-in-Command to transport passengers, material, or aircraft. Safely execute all flights utilizing professional flying and flight planning skills per FAA rules and RTX policies. Maintain situational awareness and exercise good judgment in decisions.

Utilize Crew Resource Management skills with checklists, instrumentation, crewmembers, and ATC. Regularly review aircraft systems, flight procedures, SOPs, FARs, and ICAO regulations. Monitor crewmembers for adherence to FAA and RTX Flight standards.

Exercise final authority over trips to ensure safety of passengers and aircraft. Offer positive feedback and coach associates to higher performance. Participate in company training and maintain ISBAO processes while complying with RTX EH&S policies.

Requirements

  • Commercial Pilot Certificate and minimum of 1500 hours pilot flight experience for First Officer (SIC)
  • Minimum of 500 hours of experience in turbine powered fixed-wing aircraft
  • Technical expertise in assigned aircraft with demonstrated record of adherence to FAA regulations and Company policies
  • Ability to make consistent, logical and effective decisions under normal, abnormal, and emergency conditions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional bearing utilizing sound cockpit management principles
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline required

Responsibilities

  • Successfully participate in and apply learning from company sponsored training
  • Implement and maintain all processes within span of control in accordance with ISBAO requirements
  • Ensure all activities comply with RTX and Government EH&S and Ethics policies
