Jetstar is opening a brand-new base in Perth. Cabin Crew fly the length and breadth of Australia from this new Western Australia home while delivering safety and memorable passenger experiences. The role blends professionalism with personality to bring a holiday vibe to every journey.

Each flight requires leading with safety through briefings and onboard procedures while responding confidently in dynamic situations. Crew anticipate passenger needs, keep everyone hydrated and well-fed, and handle challenges with care and composure from boarding to touchdown.

The team looks out for each other and creates an environment where customers feel safe, relaxed and ready to enjoy their journey. No two flights are the same, and the group brings energy, care and a sense of fun to the skies every day.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
1+ years of customer service experience creating great customer moments
Passport with a minimum of 12 months validity
Unlimited working rights in Australia
Willing to obtain or hold current First Aid and CPR certification
Willing to obtain or hold Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
Physically fit and confident in the water, able to swim and tread water
Able to meet safety reach requirements (212cm reach, maximum height 186cm)
Flexible with shift work including weekends and holidays
Available to commit to 6 weeks of paid full-time ground school training

Responsibilities

Lead with safety by delivering briefings and managing onboard procedures
Respond confidently in dynamic situations while keeping flights compliant
Create positive, memorable experiences for passengers from boarding to touchdown
Anticipate needs and keep passengers hydrated and well-fed
Handle challenges with care and composure
Work closely with crew to keep everything running smoothly
