Skyservice Business Aviation, the North American market leader in business aviation, is seeking a First Officer for the Challenger 3500. This role leads the aircraft and crew through all phases of international flight, delivering a safe, seamless, and client-focused travel experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, maintaining the highest standards of safety for all passengers from takeoff to landing. You will perform all duties in strict accordance with the Company Operations Manual and regulatory requirements while supporting operational excellence.

Requirements
- Valid Canadian ATPL License
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum 1,750 hours total flying time
- At least 100 hours jet time
- Minimum 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
- Challenger 3500 experience considered a strong asset
- Applicants must meet ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada
- International flying experience preferred
- Proven track record as a highly experienced Captain
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Willing and able to travel without restriction
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, maintaining the highest standards of safety for all passengers from takeoff to landing
- Perform all duties in strict accordance with the Company Operations Manual and regulatory requirements
- Assist the Captain with pre-flight planning, aircraft inspections, and coordination of flight logistics
- Monitor aircraft systems, navigation, and communications throughout all phases of flight
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned, supporting operational excellence and team collaboration
- Deliver a client-focused travel experience by adhering to service excellence standards
