Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, maintaining the highest standards of safety for all passengers from takeoff to landing. You will perform all duties in strict accordance with the Company Operations Manual and regulatory requirements, working dynamic schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Valid Canadian ATPL License
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum 1,750 hours total flying time
- At least 100 hours jet time
- Minimum 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
- Challenger 3500 experience considered a strong asset
- Applicants must meet ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada
- International flying experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, maintaining the highest standards of safety for all passengers from takeoff to landing
- Perform all duties in strict accordance with the Company Operations Manual and regulatory requirements
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned, supporting operational excellence and team collaboration
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and review flight plans to ensure aircraft readiness
- Operate aircraft systems and communicate with air traffic control during all phases of flight
- Monitor flight progress, fuel consumption, and weather conditions to ensure optimal performance
- Coordinate with the Captain to manage emergency situations and ensure passenger safety
- Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation in compliance with aviation regulations
