Reporting to the Operations Manager, plan and safely manage all international flights. Work closely with the company’s dedicated team to ensure smooth operations. Handle coordination for medical evacuations and charters with precision.

Requirements

  • Pass Transport Canada medical examinations for Category 1 medical certificate
  • Minimum 800 flight hours
  • Successful completion of IATRA
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status
  • Eligible to obtain Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Learjet 45 type rating (asset)
  • Medical evacuation experience (asset)

Responsibilities

  • Plan international flights for air ambulance and charter operations
  • Safely manage all assigned flights on Learjet 40/45
  • Work closely with the operations team and manager
  • Coordinate with air traffic controllers and ground teams internationally
  • Monitor flight safety and compliance during medical evacuations
  • Perform pre-flight planning and post-flight reviews
  • Assist in business and private flight executions
