About this role

Marabu Airlines is seeking experienced and dedicated First Officers A320 NEO to join our team in our Nuremberg, Leipzig, or Hamburg bases. As a First Officer at Marabu Airlines, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and exceptional experience of our passengers. This is a full-time position with non-commuting contracts.

Operate the A320 NEO aircraft alongside the Captain, handling takeoff, cruise, and landing phases. Monitor flight instruments, navigation systems, and engine performance throughout each flight. Conduct pre-flight briefings and checks to prepare for safe operations.

Requirements

  • EASA ATPL (A) or CPL (A) with ATPL credit or MPL (A) without operator bonding
  • Valid A320 Type Rating
  • ICAO Aviation English level 5 or above
  • EASA Medical Certificate Class 1
  • Ability to work in a team
  • No flying hours required (limited cadet positions available)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and exceptional experience of passengers
  • Assist Captain in operating A320 NEO during all flight phases
  • Monitor aircraft systems, instruments, and flight parameters
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight procedures and checks
  • Comply with EASA regulations and company safety protocols
  • Coordinate with cabin crew for smooth flight operations
  • Conduct navigation and communication duties en route
