Requirements

Valid EASA FCL CPL/Frozen ATPL
Valid Airbus A320 Type Rating
Valid unrestricted Class 1 medical
Minimum 100 hours on the A320
English language fluency - minimum ICAO level 4
EU passport
No history of accident/incident
A high standard of teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Operate as First Officer on Airbus A320 aircraft
Assist Captain in flight deck operations connecting European cities
Monitor aircraft systems during takeoff, cruise, and landing
Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and safety standards
Participate in CRM and operational team activities
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight procedures
Contribute to mission of affordable non-stop flights
