Greet, direct, and assist passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort. Provide public announcements and enforce compliance with safety requirements and federal regulations. Demonstrate leadership, confidence, and professionalism handling inquiries, changes, and emergencies.

Provide clear, calm instructions during emergencies and prepare to rapidly evacuate passengers from an aircraft. Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, and care for ill or injured individuals with first aid. Diffuse challenging situations involving disorderly, intoxicated, or irate passengers.

Adapt to frequent changes in flight schedules, weather, and environmental conditions while working in confined aircraft spaces. Complete all responsibilities timely to support on-time departures and arrivals. Benefit from training and development programs to take your career to the next level.

Requirements

Minimum age: 18
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Height between 5’0 and 6'0 (without shoes)
Must fit into a jump seat harness and seat belt without modification
Valid passport with legal right to travel unrestricted to Envoy-served countries
No criminal history within the last five years to meet Canada entry requirements
Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English
Willing and able to work variety of shifts including nights, weekends, holidays
