You’ll be welcoming people onboard our aircraft and seeing them off at the other end. You’ll give clear, comprehensive safety briefings and offer brilliant service to all our guests while helping those with special needs.

You’ll work as part of a team meeting new people every day and seeing new places. You’ll impress with your ability to handle things outside of your control while remaining calm and confident under pressure.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
At least 3 years of previous employment in part time or full-time hours in roles that focus on caring for people/customers
Passport with at least 18 months left on it
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate
Able to work a 24/7 rotating roster including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays and peak periods
Comfortable being around cats and dogs who may travel on board aircraft
Can reach up to a height of 180cm

Responsibilities

Welcome people onboard aircraft and see them off at the other end
Give clear, comprehensive safety briefings and ensure adherence
Offer brilliant service to all guests
Help those with special needs and make flying fun for unaccompanied minors
Handle situations outside of your control such as weather, delays and emergencies
Remain calm and confident under pressure to make guests feel in good hands
