Aero is seeking First Officers to join its team of aviators. The role centers on safety, professionalism, and passion while delivering premium guest experiences on direct flights from private terminals.

Pilots operate ERJ 135/145 and Legacy 600 aircraft on nonscheduled routes. They anticipate needs, develop plans, and execute them in collaboration with teammates to ensure reliable travel.

Requirements

  • FAA Commercial Pilots License (CPL) with a multi-engine rating
  • 1000+ hours of flight experience (1+ years of 135/121 experience preferred)
  • Valid FCC Restricted Radio Telephone Operator permit
  • Valid First Class Medical Certificate
  • Pass TSA criminal background checks and DOT drug screening
  • Proficient with Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs)
  • Valid passport and documentation allowing entry into the United States after international flights
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Pilot and navigate Aero jets on nonscheduled air carrier routes in accordance with the Pilot Play Book
  • Set a high standard for providing guests with safe and reliable travel experiences
  • Handle a wide variety of situations while working with teammates and guests
  • Work independently and as part of a team with limited supervision
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of guests
  • Provide leadership by responding to emergency and non-emergency situations
  • Work in climates and locations across the globe on variable shifts

Benefits

  • Pay of $70,304 for the first year with annual increases on company anniversary
  • $800 monthly stipend for travel and $200 for wellness
  • Per diem of $25 for single turn, $35 for two or more turns, $50 for overnights
