Join the American Airlines family as a member of the Crew Scheduling Team within the Integrated Operations Division. You'll monitor flight attendants' monthly activity records and legalities while ensuring a complete crew complement on every flight. Ensure compliance with contractual working agreements and company service requirements on all AA flights. Schedule, reschedule, and reassign flight crews to trips allocated to your base. Handle daily crew management to maintain operational efficiency across the network.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions based on information gathered
- Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change
- Ability to work with all levels of management and union groups
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to memorize computer entry codes and city codes
- Ability to read, understand and comprehend flight attendant labor agreements
Responsibilities
- Monitor flight attendants' monthly activity records and legalities
- Ensure a complete crew complement on every AA flight while meeting contractual working agreements and company service requirements
- Schedule, reschedule, and reassign flight crews to trips allocated to the base
- Review policies and procedures to recommend changes for productivity
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently during operations
- Manually complete duties in the event of computer outages
- Understand and apply flight attendant labor agreements in scheduling
