Requirements

  • Right to work in Australia / New Zealand without restriction or sponsorship
  • Successful initial EOI submission reviewed by Qantas Flight Operations Management
  • Hold appropriate pilot licenses for B737 operations
  • B737 type rating or eligibility
  • Meet aviation medical standards for First Officer role
  • Experience operating jet aircraft in commercial environments

Responsibilities

  • Assist in operating B737 aircraft from bases in Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland
  • Ensure safety and comfort for passengers as the face of Qantas airlines
  • Collaborate with flight deck team to deliver memorable travel experiences
  • Participate in innovations supporting network expansion and new aircraft integration
  • Maintain professional standards in all flight operations
  • Contribute to customer-focused service during flights
  • Engage in ongoing planning for future aviation advancements
