About this role
National Jet Systems, part of the Qantas Group, seeks A220 Aircraft Training Captains for the Entry Into Service of a first-of-type aircraft in Australia. You will report to the Head of Training and Checking for performance of training duties in the aircraft. Play a key role in connecting communities while introducing the Airbus A220 into the fleet.
Conduct Captain and First Officer training in the aircraft daily. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of NJS Operations Manual Suite and relevant regulatory documents. Make recommendations to enhance fleet safety procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum 1000 hours PIC on generation 4 jet aircraft
- Minimum 4000 hours total experience
- Experience as a training or check captain on jet aircraft
- Australian ATPL
- Demonstrate above proficient non-technical skills and understanding of human factors on performance
- Display excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- Demonstrate inclusive and respectful leadership qualities
- Ability to pass a CASA Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
