Requirements
- Bags of enthusiasm
- Customer service-oriented background such as bar, restaurant or shop experience
- Legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the EU
- Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm)
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided
- Hardworking, flexible with outgoing and friendly personality
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease
- Passion for travelling and meeting new people
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with an excellent travel experience
- Operate out of a Ryanair base
- Deliver customer service with a 'can do' attitude
- Handle public interactions during flights
- Adapt to shift rosters including 5 days on / 3 days off
- Ensure safety procedures including swimming ability
- Serve passengers in a fast-paced environment
- Explore destinations and cultures on days off
