As a Cabin Supervisor, you will oversee the aircraft cabin cleaning team, ensuring that each aircraft meets the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and integrity before departure. Your day-to-day duties include coordinating with Delta Airlines representatives, inspecting completed work, and managing shift schedules across AM, PM, and overnight shifts.

Requirements

Previous experience in aircraft cleaning, cabin services, or a related aviation field preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with ability to motivate a team.
Commitment to excellence, safety, and integrity as core values.
Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and overnight.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to pass a background check and meet airport security requirements.
Effective organizational skills for managing schedules and tasks.

Responsibilities

Supervise the aircraft cabin cleaning team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Coordinate with Delta Airlines representatives to ensure cabin readiness and meet airline specifications.
Inspect completed cabin cleaning tasks for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adequate coverage for AM, PM, and overnight operations.
Report any discrepancies, maintenance needs, or safety issues to management promptly.
Train and mentor new team members on proper cleaning procedures and company policies.
Ensure compliance with all airport security, safety, and operational requirements.
