Prospect Airport Services, a trusted leader in aviation support with decades of experience and operations at more than 30 major airports, is seeking a dedicated Cabin Supervisor for our St. Louis team. Our organization of over 11,000 associates delivers essential services including aircraft cleaning, baggage handling, and wheelchair assistance.
As a Cabin Supervisor, you will oversee the aircraft cabin cleaning team, ensuring that each aircraft meets the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and integrity before departure. Your day-to-day duties include coordinating with Delta Airlines representatives, inspecting completed work, and managing shift schedules across AM, PM, and overnight shifts.

Requirements
- Previous experience in aircraft cleaning, cabin services, or a related aviation field preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with ability to motivate a team.

- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and overnight.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet airport security requirements.
- Effective organizational skills for managing schedules and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the aircraft cabin cleaning team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate with Delta Airlines representatives to ensure cabin readiness and meet airline specifications.
- Inspect completed cabin cleaning tasks for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adequate coverage for AM, PM, and overnight operations.
- Report any discrepancies, maintenance needs, or safety issues to management promptly.
- Train and mentor new team members on proper cleaning procedures and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all airport security, safety, and operational requirements.
